El proyecto en el que entres depende, aun estando dentro, de lo que pudieras ofrecer. En mi caso, participé en un proyecto nuevo e internamente, nuevamente, hubo otros dos filtros más de evaluación. Cuando indicaba que solo "no iba a tener efecto", era solo para asegurarse de que iba a estar en el equipo que más destacara mis habilidades.
El proceso de nuevos proyectos e integrar gente nueva, creo que aún tiene muchos retos y oportunidades que puede mejorar. El empleado lo desanima caer nuevamente en banca cuando apenas tiene poco de haber sido contratado, y es realmente incierto el futuro. Al apenas entrar a un proyecto, se prepara, tiene onboarding y termina fuera del proyecto; eso es desalentador.
