If you need help with immigration, this is the worst company to be at
No Pros in this company.
- Payscales keep on getting lower for people.
- No support in immigration.
- Non-friendly policies. When I joined, leave for A & B Grade employees was 5 hours per paycheck; now it is 4.
- I really have no comments. Project changes are difficult; H1B abuse is rampant. Projects give a rating, and later the service line lowers it. People find reasons. Managers lie on the appraisal feedback; they say something is going to happen, and then it does not happen.
Listen to the people who are getting you billing. You are listening to the people who are a cost to the company and are losing good people left and right.
