Tech Lead
Technical interview for Mainframe Developer Role. The interview was not like for an experienced resource. Very basic theory questions were asked during the interview, and the interviewer expected answers exactly as they were written in a book.

Capgemini has three stages for its campus recruitment. It was the Day-2 company at our university, alongside Intel, Ericsson, and HP. The first stage was a written test conducted by Cocubes. The difficulty was above average compared to CTS or Infos
