Work-life balance is perfect, but depends on the project. The company has a strong culture and values. Leaders are always polite and friendly. There are many development programs.
Development programs and courses are often only in the Polish language. The Polish part of the team prefers to speak Polish, even at work meetings. It is difficult for a complete beginner to find his own guide to development.
