Interviewed at Whitefield, Bangalore.
Waited for more than 2 hours, and then the project manager called me in for the first round of the technical interview. She asked, "Do you write requirements?" I told her I didn't know, as there is another team to write requirements. We testers only test the system against requirements. She then said, "We are looking for System Engineers." After waiting for some time, HR told me to leave for the day.
If they are looking for System Engineers, they should have called System Engineers for the interview. Why call manual testers and waste our time?
The job profile mentioned "manual testers" in the Medical Device domain. Why did they shortlist our resumes?
Such useless people.
Do you write requirements?
