Pros
  • You can land on very interesting projects.
  • The innovation lab is great.
  • They do POCs.
  • Good networking occasions.
  • A variety of personalities; globally, everybody is friendly.
  • Nice place in St Cloud, near the Seine/Forest. There is even a changing room with showers so you can run before, after work, or during your lunch break.
  • Easy interview.
Cons
  • You can land on very old projects, with obsolete technologies and wacky apps you have to add on.
  • Messy hierarchy.
  • Managers are not well trained.
  • Lack in agile management.
  • Very few to no professional development.
  • There are favorites; you need to network.
  • Very disappointed by the salary evolution.
  • Lack of motivation.
  • Too few senior developers.
  • No place to eat, heat food, or refrigerate.
Advice to Management

When developers get promoted to team leader or project management, please give them training or time to train by themselves.

Improve in giving feedback on projects' and individual's objectives.
