Supportive team members and seniors

Cons

Even if you receive good annual reviews and ratings, the hike you'll get is very less. You only get a 9% hike if you secure a rating of 2, where 1 is the highest and 5 is the lowest. Most of them get the default rating, which is 3. For a rating of 1, you nearly get a 15-16% hike of your current salary. Most of the projects follow a hybrid model where they spend 4-5 hours a day to travel to the office and reach back home. They work for 4 hours and then leave. And then they question productivity. You may get stuck if you are a fresher; I've seen people switching their domains out of a lack of experience in their desired domain.

Advice to Management

Allow your employees to work from home if they are unable to work in hybrid mode due to a long commute or any unchangeable personal condition (e.g., health issue).
