Work-life balance depends on the project.
Work from home opportunity (probably till Dec, but no official confirmation on this).
Lots of learning if you land into a good project.
Freshers' pay is as per market standard (3.8 LPA for off/on campus).
Less hike and appraisal if you stay for a longer period of time.
Should have more remote opportunities.
