Honest review after working for 3+ years in organization
There are no pros here. They don't treat employees as human.
Capgemini is not allowing work from home for their bench employees despite the COVID-19 pandemic.
Upon such requests, management is threatening to not pay salary and will go on loss of pay.
Please provide alternate arrangements for bench employees as well. They are also human and have Corona Virus fears.
