Pros
  1. Providing decent CTC while joining.
  2. Variable pay is very less, and 100% payout.
  3. No hire/fire. They will give you lots of chances and at least 6 months of bench time.
  4. Lots of internal activities, but most of the time you were on the client side, so no use for a client-side person.
Cons
  1. No hikes after joining.
  2. You were on the client side, so no one will care how you are or how much pressure you are getting. There's no support in this regard.
  3. They will conduct lots of training, but for that, we require the approval of our client. They don't understand why the client will give approval, as they picked us to do their work.
  4. You might be forced to reallocate even if you don't want to go.
Advice to Management

As a person is working for a client, and on the client's side, but there is no extra money for that, kindly check this thing. No hikes, WHY? Only those people who are not doing anything but sharing emails with you are getting hikes and appraisals. There is no parameter to judge productivity.
