Pros

Invest greatly in employees learning new skills. You can have a lot of input on what you want to work with and what you want to learn. Very good and clear career paths. Managers care about their employees. Good salary and raises.

Cons

Big company culture can take time to get used to.

It requires you to be social to stay relevant in the company; skills alone won't be enough.

No relations to the CEO or other higher-ups outside Sweden.

Advice to Management

Try to show the importance of the employees, or have more after-work activities so they don't just feel billable.
