Workload and Flexibility
It has been a great time here at Capgemini. I've got all the freedom and flexibility to work, but still, it varies from project to project and client. Some clients may ask you to come to the office all 5 days, and some may never ask you to come.
Salary is something which is concerning.
Management should look for the profit they can give to employees more than their own. Keeping profits in their own pockets is not something which is appreciable. Employees should be compensated responsibly as per the profits of the company.
