A good, reputed multinational company with 50 years of establishment. As a fresher, you will get an opportunity to learn well during training. The training provided here at a fresher level is excellent, though the salary for an ordinary college engineer may be poor compared to other MNCs.
You will get a low package compared to most of the MNCs.
The Management should focus on the benefits of employees more, such as hikes, salary increments, and other facilities, on both fresher and experienced levels.
