In terms of quality of work and job satisfaction, I am quite satisfied. Very good flexibility, hours, good treatment, etc. Disregarding the few or no salary increases from the rest, I cannot complain.
As in the vast majority of consulting firms, there is usually no salary increase unless you complete millions of courses and certifications.
