I am fully upset with this.
The HR team and perm team make fake promises to employees, making them wait for 5 years until the last minute.
The employee literally feels stressed whether they move forward the application or not.
Since 2023, they initiated perm, but today in 2025, they still haven't filed.
They sent emails to employees stating they will file in 6 months. This has been repeated 3 times, and the application is still in an idle position.
How can employees trust these types of organizations?
Shame on you.
