The interview process consisted of two rounds, and notification for each was provided well in advance. It was a quick and easy process overall. It was a positive and quick experience.

Good company in terms of job security and career growth. The only drawback is the salary hike, which is lesser, and the salary standard is often below market. If you are looking for job security and work-life balance, I recommend Capgemini.

The interview was good, but Capgemini's process is too slow. I didn't get any mail after my interview. They make you wait with no hope. It is one of the worst companies in terms of response.
