I have been working in Capgemini for 1 year as a Software Engineer
Lot of opportunities to learn. Colleagues are supportive and helpful.
For freshers, in terms of pay, it's one of the worst companies. They pay 2.4 LPA (Lakhs Per Annum). As far as I know, this is the only company paying less than 3 LPA for freshers.
Sometimes, there's no work-life balance.
Please consider even freshers and pay them at least what other MNC companies are paying.
Even technical support guys in other companies get more than software engineers in your company.
