The Degree Apprenticeship Programme, delivered by Capgemini and Aston University, allows me to work in client-facing projects, learn on the job, and earn a degree alongside project work.
Doing a degree alongside full-time employment is a commitment. It can be hard work, but the rewards massively outweigh this.
