Flexibility in terms of time. Internship compensation quite a bit better than the majority of competitors (ESN).
Application processing time, lack of visibility on the project and the stack before access, lack of interactivity on the HR side, random assignment not based on level and specialty, dominance of maintenance contracts (TMA) with very old stacks and technologies, plus micro-tasks.
