Things specified by the customer (e.g., frameworks and technologies) are not questioned but used 1:1 – regardless of whether it makes sense or not. If the technologies and infrastructures at the customer's site are not suitable, employees are let go rather than telling the customer "their opinion". Everything perceived negatively (too few office spaces, no salary increase) is blamed on the "Phantom from Paris", even if the company has once again had a record year.
