Pros

You have to learn many things because managers assign you to random projects. You don't learn to do things the right way.

Cons

Depends on the manager or project you are assigned.

But usually there's too much pressure. People push you to do stuff really fast, in order to have you do some other stuff, getting even more profit.

Huge lunch hour (1 hour and a half for lunch). You usually take lunch in an hour or less, then you don't have much to do, resulting in you getting to the office early and starting to work on the remaining lunch hour.

No paid extra hours.
