Nice onboarding experience overall.
Lack of opportunities and salary increments
There were three rounds of campus hire: 1. Aptitude test, which was of a one-hour duration. 2. Group discussion, which had 10 people along with the selector. 3. HR round, which was a one-on-one interview.
The interview process was very smooth and hassle-free. I received great responses from the interview panels. It took three rounds, including technical, managerial, and HR. I am very excited to join Capgemini. It was a totally great experience.
I was hired directly from my college after an on-campus interview. The first round was an aptitude test. The second round was a group discussion (GD), and the third round was a one-to-one interview. It was really easy, with only a few basic technic
