- They might charge unexpected "maintenance costs" for rented cars when leaving the company;
- Make employees sign papers about "ramp-up trainings" which never happened;
- Use Junior Engineers as "Team Leaders";
- Care more about their image on LinkedIn/Facebook rather than their own employees;
- The company doesn't care about the quality delivered, only about closing tickets;
- No training;
- Low wages.
Stop focusing only on the company image on LinkedIn/Facebook; the best marketing will come from your employees.
Respect your engineers.
