It provides the perfect balance of work and life one could ask for. My manager gave me the opportunity to be myself and supported me hugely in my career aspirations, and also supported my well-being.
The only con I found was that once you got into any domain, you need to be billable or be into a project for more than 18 months. Then only you can internally switch to other domains.
