- Descent infrastructure.
- Men are nice to talk with compared to women. I don't know what attitude issues some people have here.
- Projects are huge but almost on the verge of completion.
- Canteen food sucks big time but is affordable.

If you are a Fresher, God help you! They would throw you anywhere irrespective of the technology you were selected in.

Managers misuse their powers! They would themselves not follow the rules and would force you to follow them!

No decent hike! They haven't updated their salary policy since ages! Don't expect a good salary hike at all!

No concentration on talent but on relations: If you know the staff well, or if you know the managers or are related to them, then only you would be tolerated; otherwise, they would make it hell for you!

Many employees are still on the bench.

Benefits are very less. Infact, other companies provide more.

I am right now working in SAP security. My friends were selected for JAVA, .NET, ORACLE but were pushed into TESTING, TESTING AND TESTING! So no luck for Freshers!

Dude, if there is no requirement for a certain technology, don't recruit more people! Countless employees are on the bench!

For managers: Remember you too were freshers or less experienced once upon a time. Treat them well. They are the country's future!
