A lot of analytical questions with coding rounds, aiming to figure out your understanding and skills to fit in different projects. Continued with an HR round where they asked basic questions.

There is a lack of accountability and process. The HR system here is horrible, and even after you are selected, they might ghost you. Positions they are hiring for can go on hold without any notification.

It was very nice to participate in the interview, and I got an idea of how interviews are conducted in the IT industry. From now on, I will be better prepared for other upcoming interviews.
