Capgemini conducted a recruitment drive at my college. The first stage was an aptitude test, followed by a technical and HR interview. Every interview was an elimination round, so you had to perform well in each to get selected.

The interviewer was cool, friendly, and proficient. He was to the point, without wasting even a second, but with a welcoming smile. The overall interview process was clear and precise, with a difficulty level ranging between easy and average.

I applied on April 14, 2021, and had my assessment on May 5th. I received my results by the end of the same month and was shortlisted for the interview round. My interview was conducted almost two months after the assessment result declaration. So, y
