The only pro is that it has a big campus with lots of options in multiple cafeterias.
They do not have any perks.
They will cut the insurance amount from your salary as well.
The rotational shifts here feel like they are just exploiting employees.
They have the worst policies for internal switch and other things.
Zero support from your manager.
Please treat people with some dignity.
