No recognition of work performed. Training requests not taken seriously, and a lot of latency in processing requests (months to get a response).

Management is very passive in case of problems, with a real lack of skills. Focused on billing (recruiting juniors to build up billing numbers without considering the resulting quality). I felt abandoned facing a junior team lacking experience, which I had to manage in addition to my workload.

Advice to Management

Il faudrait faire un équilibre dans les équipes et ne pas penser qu'aux bénéfices !!!! Revoir le management en cas de litiges dans l'équipe. Être pro, c'est la moindre des choses, bon sang !
