Pros

Good enterprise technical architecture training provided on the Integrated Architectural Framework.

Capgemini contributes to The Open Group TOGAF.

Some good individuals, however, rare to work with them.

Cons

Discrimination towards diversity. Internal political networks favor friends rather than more qualified and higher-performing people.

It's better to be healthy all the time or suffer the consequences; there's no respect for medical conditions.

Scruffy and dirty workplaces inspire depression rather than excitement and motivation.

At Capgemini, it is impossible to move on with your career if you are not an old friend of someone, no matter how good you are or how well you perform with Capgemini's customers.

Bad language, sarcasm, and mobbing are standard behaviors, condoned by the network of old friends.

Hard to find any example to follow.

Advice to Management

Look inside your company and act on what you preach, rather than cover up discrimination.

Hire leaders that inspire your employees and get rid of the old political managers who only damage your organization.
