Good work culture with flexible work timings
Work culture is good. People are friendly. There are plenty of trainings. The technology stack is good (may vary from project to project).
- Switching to non-technical roles for people with 10+ years of experience, even if they are techies.
- Pay hikes are less than average.
- Low onsite opportunities for the majority.
Please give decent salary hikes, as Capgemini's profits are soaring every year.
