Too many technologies and locations to choose. CG HQ is superb, but India is left behind. Way too much diversity.
The people are mixed. Life depends on the project and location. There are no onsite opportunities as rewards for good work, but they exist if you are on the bench. Managers are mixed, coming from all over India. There is no quality control over people.
Streamline the hiring and make it more stringent. Give onsite opportunities to deserving people, not just who is available right now. Make technical managers a norm. Follow pure Agile and Scrum. Train everyone in Agile. Streamline the CTCs. Right now, they are diverse and equality is far cry.
