Sprinkling of good people
There are some good people here. They operate in small niche areas. The training opportunities are good, as are the opportunities to travel with work if you want them. Pay is decent.
Lack of diversity. The way minorities are treated here has a lot of room for improvement. Unfortunately, there is little training to address this, and the problems start at the top of the "boys club." It’s 2023 – we should all be better than this.
Issues raised as they occur, in the interest of timely feedback. However, no one in a position to change anything is interested.
