They have very good projects in every domain.
I did not get a project after joining and was on the bench for the entire six months of my tenure. I was not given an early release either, while being on the bench.
Management should ensure the resources hired for specific skills are utilized wisely, rather than just aiming to tag them under any project for the purpose of starting resource billing, irrespective of the employee's skills or interest.
