Good company to work for if you have the right manager.
Great opportunities to travel and decent projects if you are willing to work hard.
Same as all service-based: salary. You can make up for this if you get a decent onsite.
Sort out the "BU" problems.
Too many units scattered across the globe. Need to unify under one brand.
