First, take the aptitude test through Co Cubes, followed by the technical and HR interviews. Writing an essay in the aptitude test is crucial; the remaining part is easy. Simple questions were asked in both interviews.

Phone interview. Client meeting directly, I didn’t even meet up with anyone from Capgemini prior. Only get to know my client on the spot. They’ll take you only if the client wants you.
