Pros: Benefits, culture, and pay. Capital One will wine and dine you very well. Lots of trips to Richmond for training, as well as company fun events and corporate outings.
Cons: Treats new hires better than old hires. The performance management system is also outdated. Rewards blow heads over people doing actual work.
