Pros: The tech stack is great for a credit card company. Benefits are very good. There is a good work/life balance. Total compensation is really good, depending on the level, and includes a generous bonus and LTI.
Cons: Outdated performance management processes create a horribly toxic culture. People in people manager roles without training or experience add to the toxic culture. Performance management is a stacked ranking/forced distribution system where a certain percentage are rated "below" which can impact your compensation up to no bonus at all. Furthermore, the process is full of bias and is a popularity contest. Really, really think twice before applying for roles at this company.

Pros: Work-life balance is phenomenal. Good compensation and general benefits package. PTO policy is incredibly generous (along with other days off/learning days). Great senior leadership.
Cons: High turnover.
Consistently, work could be more interesting.
