The interview process included the following steps:
The case interview was the only one that differed from the technical interviews. It was very vague, and it was unclear what insights the candidate was expected to provide or on what basis their analytical skills would be judged. The coding round was more of a pair programming exercise, which was good. The system design round had too many scenarios to design within 45 minutes, including the need to ask clarifying questions as the prompts were too broad. Additionally, the interviewer spent a significant amount of time debating the technologies I would use for a particular scenario rather than focusing on the design itself.
Online assessment - CodeSignal had 2 easy, 1 medium, and 1 hard question. Time was very limited at 70 minutes.
Onsite - 2.1 String regex coding. 2.2 Design a credit card application. 2.3 Case interview on data and Java code analysis. 2.4 Behavioral (Tell me about a time you challenged the status quo, Tell me about a challenging project) - STAR format answers were expected.
They provide no feedback, just tell you whether you are given an offer or not!
