Process
The process was nice until it suddenly stopped because the company decided to put hiring on freeze.
You do a phone screening with a recruiter, then a one-hour job-fit phone interview with the hiring manager. If all goes well, you are invited for an onsite interview where you meet other team members and are asked technical and behavioral questions.
Even though the role is labeled machine learning, I wasn't asked as many machine learning questions as classical coding questions.
Questions
Typical "tell me about a time" questions, like "tell me about a time you did this" or "tell me about a time you had to do that."
