A great place to get started
Capital One is a great place to get started. However, they shuffle teams around constantly with a lot of turnover, and I ended up very far from my original interests.
The WFH policy became more rigid than before the pandemic.
Get rid of the 9 box and promote people based on merit instead of competition between peers.
