I didn't get past the screening interview process, but I can say that the interview was a CodeSignal interview.
There were four questions:
- Two relatively easy
- One more difficult
- The last one very challenging
I scored around 720, but I guess they were looking for more.
Questions
The questions were array manipulation and algorithm-type questions, similar to LeetCode problems.

Pros: Great work-life balance, great managers, and you get to pursue your own direction, as long as it aligns with the overarching project direction.
Cons: Limited guidance, which can be a bad thing if you struggle to take ownership of your work or work independently. Also, dealing with management can be a bit bureaucratic (e.g., if you need access to data), and the VPN is a pain to deal with.

Pros: Work-life balance is phenomenal. Good compensation and general benefits package. PTO policy is incredibly generous (along with other days off/learning days). Great senior leadership.
Cons: High turnover.
Consistently, work could be more interesting.
Culture is team dependent.
