Standard half-day multi-interview.
Interviews included:
- Behavioural
- Technical
- Manager
- Business person (analyst, I think)
All interviewers, except the manager, seemed uninterested and largely stuck to formal questions.
The business person asked me to invent approaches to address the company's banking positioning. Am I a software engineer, for God's sake?
The manager tried very hard to convey that they are not an old-school corporate entity, but a modern technology company.
No feedback, as usual.
