Process
I applied through LinkedIn and received a call from the recruiting team. She provided me with an online assessment link and preparation sites (SHL direct portal).
As soon as I finished the written test, she gave me quick feedback and scheduled a 30-minute discussion with the hiring manager. After clearing that, she scheduled me for a Power Day, which included one job fit interview and two behavioral interviews.
The entire process was smooth, and I was very impressed with the quick HR feedback and follow-up.
