Worst place to work at
Senior iOS Developer • Former Employee
McLean, Virginia, United States
April 26, 2024
Pros: 1 Friday off each month, good insurance.
Cons: Stupid processes, probably the worst I've ever seen in large companies. Twice a year calibration that only helps those who "perform" by making friends with their manager, totally not related to your skills.

Pros: Good work-life balance.
Cons: It's very political; it's easier for Nottingham associates to get promoted compared to London associates.
