Pros: Benefits are awesome. Bonuses are not guaranteed but have been given every year (for my 22 years).
Diverse groups of people all come together as one. People are appreciated and often rewarded for going above and beyond.
Cons: Being good at something (like support) can often cause you to be overwhelmed. We all know how when you find someone that really knows what they're doing, they usually get all the calls.
I worked so much overtime due to this, my health went downhill and I had to leave (since the rest of the team left too).

Cons: Most teams are great, but there are some horrible ones.
Compensation is lower than in Fintech companies.
Yearly evaluations use a rating scale.
