The interview process for this company is quite unique.
The first round was a 20-minute online test, which I took on Zoom by sharing my screen. It included questions related to Java, data structures, and algorithms.
After clearing this round, I was called for the first technical discussion. In that discussion, they explained the company to me and then asked me to design a bowling game system. I cleared this round and was immediately called for the second round, scheduled to take place within an hour of completing the first. Since I was not available at that time, I asked them to reschedule my interview. Instead of rescheduling, they rejected me solely for the reason of my unavailability and later emailed me that I had been rejected and they had selected someone else.
The only suggestion I would like to give is that if you intend to conduct all interview rounds in one session, it would be better to schedule the interviews during weekends or inform the candidate about the process in advance. It is a bad practice to reject someone due to their unavailability.
