The interview process was reasonable. Power Day consisted of four interviews back to back.
My issue was with a company that claims it values "diversity and inclusiveness" so much that it was constantly brought up to me during my initial interactions with the recruiter and sourcer. Every single interviewer was a white, middle-aged man, as were the recruiters. There were no women, no POC, and no diversity during all of Power Day. Perhaps I am being oversensitive, but it was funny to me because of how much they constantly went on about diversity and inclusion, what an effort they make to hire people from such diverse backgrounds and ethnicities, and how much they value women in tech during Capital One recruiting events. They constantly brought it up.
Other than this, there was a technical issue with one of the interviewers that took up almost 10 minutes of the time I had. Overall, on the technical knowledge side of it, Power Day was a fair interview process, in my opinion.
