FAANG process, but for a bank. Really, no idea why they took themselves so seriously.
Got interviewed for a lead position, and all the managers I spoke with had only 3-4 years of experience in the industry (at all, not just as managers).
Immature process and intern-level interview.
Questions
Design: Electric meter system for a residential building.
Coding: Calculate prime numbers.
Behavioral: Three “tell me about a time…” questions.
Design: Cr*ppy code optimization and benefits of chatbots.
