SD / coding was normal, case study was disaster. Interviewer was rude and didn't provide any feedback or interaction.
After Power day, there was no feedback and updates from HR as well. I sent a few emails after 2 weeks and 1 month to HR still no reply. Officially, got ghosted.

Pros: Industry-leading pay in DFW.
Fairly forward when it comes to technology.
Work-life balance is excellent for the most part.
Definitely a great place to start your career.
Cons: Stack ranking is the worst.
Because of it, some leadership prioritizes themselves over your wants and needs.
Not every manager and director will do that, but the ones that do are incredibly toxic.
When it's good, it's good, but when it's bad, it's really bad.
